PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BEFORE YOU START
None of this is exotic. It is just the part most people find out about after they have already picked a design.
Zoning and sign code
Every municipality in the metro writes its own rules on height, area, and illumination. Edmond is not Oklahoma City, and Nichols Hills is neither.
Landlord sign criteria
Most shopping centers have a criteria document that governs more tightly than the city does — and it usually surfaces late.
Engineering and wind load
Anything freestanding, or mounted above a certain height, needs stamped structural drawings before a permit will issue.
Electrical
Illuminated signs need a dedicated circuit, and typically a separate electrical permit and inspection on top of the sign permit.
Lead time
Fabrication runs in weeks. Permits can run in months — and they run first. That order is the single biggest driver of your date.
HOW IT WORKS
01
Design
From scratch or from your existing artwork — checked against code before it is built.
02
Permits
Zoning, sign permit, electrical, and any district review, filed and tracked.
03
Fabrication
Built to spec in-house, engineered for Oklahoma wind and sun.
04
Installation
Scheduled, crewed, and inspected — with minimal disruption to your business.
Four steps, a few minutes. We will come back with the right next step — not a generic quote.
